SDCC Panel — Kerran Playable Race Reveal
Community coverage of the July 25, 2026 San Diego Comic-Con EverQuest Legends panel: playable Kerran race, launch roadmap confirmation, and 4K UI scaling ahead of July 28 release.
What Happened at SDCC July 25, 2026
The EverQuest Legends panel at San Diego Comic-Con on July 25, 2026 delivered the final major pre-launch reveal: Kerran as the fifteenth playable race on day one. Executive Producer David "Sysyphus" Youssefi and the Game Jawn team walked attendees through Kerran starting content on Kerra Isle, classic catfolk aesthetics distinct from Luclin Vah Shir, and how the race fits into Odus alongside Erudite starters.
This community video synthesizes official panel beats with the June 30 producer letter context — pre-order beta ending July 21, full wipe, and global launch July 28, 2026. Read our written races and Kerran guide for the full launch roster and race unlock token details.
Kerran, Roadmap, and 4K Scaling
Beyond Kerran, the panel reaffirmed the post-launch roadmap: player housing and a player auction house after launch (auction house targeted for fall 2026), Nektropos Castle mini-expansion around October 2026, and Kunark in winter 2026. 4K UI scaling shipped at launch — all three interface skins (classic dark stone, light stone, modern minimalist) scale cleanly on high-resolution monitors.
Kerran players begin on Kerra Isle with island quest chains connecting to Toxxulia Forest and broader Odus content. Multiclass combinations work identically to other humanoid races — plan your trio before level eleven primary lock using our class tools.
