Classic Era, Three Weeks In
EverQuest Legends has been live since July 28, 2026. This page is the August hub so you do not have to reread launch-day copy to find what changed after week one. Official text lives on everquestlegends.com and Discord #natch-potes. Use it with the full patch notes archive and the roadmap.
As of August 16, 2026 the live cadence is: July 28 launch, July 29 loot-tier hotfix, August 4 systems patch, August 5 Void-touched timer hotfix, and a previewed Tuesday, August 18 quality-of-life plus Mistmoore revamp.
August 4 Patch and August 5 Hotfix
August 4 fixed premature instance closes, Kerran first-loadout textures, armor ornamentation slots, Aradune’s East Karana grave marker, autoinventory, Harm Touch IX self-damage, Full Potential AA after swapping off level 50, Kerra Isle faction toward Erudite and Warrens kobold kills, Cleave on 1H blunt, Kerran Beastlord tiger model, New Sebilisian and Rathe Mountains guildmaster training, Crushbone apprentice, Kerra Isle quest NPC leash and note right-click, Upper Guk named placeholders, Ishva Mal Harm Touch proc, Gloomwater Arrow drop rate, stun-component spells, Shaman heal vendor prices, and Necromancer NPC/pet empathy spells.
August 5 corrected the weekly timer on the Void-touched Potential task so locked-out players can collect again, and restored the Tuesday 8:00 AM PDT server reset. Watch the community reading in our August 4 Natch Potes video.
August 18 Preview — Mistmoore, UI, XP, Mount
Discord and Massively Overpowered preview the August 18 patch:
- UI — scaling steps of 0.25 and a resizable in-game mouse cursor
- Castle Mistmoore — guaranteed named, more motes, better mid gear, calmer daytime aggro — full guide: Mistmoore
- Group XP — the intended small party bonus starts applying — group play
- Bristly Boar mount in the Iridium shop at roughly SoW speed — mounts
Confirm every line on official notes the morning of the 18th. Previews can shift. Cursor and 0.25 scaling belong in UI customization.
What Is Still Coming Later
Not in August: Rujarkian Hills, full deity achievement tiers, player auction house, Nektropos Castle, and Kunark. Those stay on the seasonal roadmap. Spend August on live farms — Mistmoore, voidling weeks, and ornament slots — not on sitting in a city waiting for a highland zone that has no date.
