Innoruuk's Plane at Launch
Plane of Hate launches alongside Plane of Fear on July 28, 2026 as part of Legends' pre-Kunark planes suite — the classic domain of Innoruuk, Prince of Hate, rebalanced for multiclass raid combat. Expect level 45–50 difficulty, personal loot on most tables, and the same structural raid framework as Fear: keyed entry, scaling tiers at zone-in, and weekly caps on premium merge currencies. PC-only True Box rules cap raids at eight players maximum while open-world grouping stays at four.
Hate emphasizes melee-heavy trash, hate aura debuffs, and iksar-adjacent iconography familiar to veteran EverQuest players. New Legends raiders should complete Splitpaw and Lower Guk gear checks before keying — see dungeons and raids for the full Classic Era ladder.
Shared Systems with Plane of Fear
Plane of Hate mirrors Fear's launch systems: difficulty scaling D0–D4, personal loot rolls per participant, and Void-touched Potential drops from raid voidlings capped at three per week. Spend Void-touched on exaltation merges tracked separately from standard Motes of Potential (untradable since July 14). Item details live on Void-touched Potential; tuning history on patch notes.
Guilds often schedule Fear and Hate on alternating nights to respect healer mana pools and weekly lockouts. Solo players probing raid content should consult solo raids for instanced wing options before committing to full eight-player requirements.
Eight-Player Raid Composition
Standard Hate raid comp: main tank Warrior/SK, off-tank, Cleric plus Shaman or Druid heals, Enchanter for mez and haste, remaining slots DPS (Wizard, Ranger, Monk). Hate's narrow corridors punish face-pulling — assign a puller or use Ranger tracking. True Box means one account per role; plan bench alts for resist gear swaps between fire-heavy Fear nights and melee-rush Hate wings.
Bring magic and poison resist, hate effect cures where available, and mana regeneration for extended named camps. D3–D4 tiers assume merged gear from Lower Guk and Splitpaw bands — do not undergear expecting scaling to carry under-leveled alts.
Progression and Weekly Planning
Track both standard motes and Void-touched Potential separately — Hate voidlings contribute to the same weekly three-cap pool as Fear, so prioritize fresh lockout runs over duplicate farming. Alternate planes weekly if roster time is limited; both offer comparable exaltation value at launch.
After Hate and Fear stabilize in your guild schedule, push Nagafen's Lair and other Antonica raids listed on dungeons and raids. Review patch notes after each live update for spawn timer changes on named hate generals.
